~LoNdOn, RoMe, DubLiN~

A year has passed, and I'm finally here....London, Rome & finally Dublin....here I am baby!....hehe....

Cold weather but don't really matter. Missed the shopping, the people, the food (the food???), and of course, missed my darling Farid. Yup....after exactly 1year, and 24days of not seeing my sayang, we met that day at Dublin airport. Being greeted with open arms....really missed his hugs.



Went to his place to repack our bags and we were off to London that same afternoon. We only managed to have maggi for lunch. Oh well....don't really matter, we just wanted to get to the airport to catch our flight. By the way, we got to the airport way too early in the end. Met with Can-dot there. Missed that lil' sis of mine. Got to chat with her for a bit,which was ok. So off we were to London. London was great....shopping was soooooo much fun (obviously) but the weather was freaking cold. But that didn't stop us from shopping our wallets off. Didn't get a chance to shop in town though, but we went to the best place......Bicester Village. Got all the goodies that I want.hahah...

We then went to Rome....it was fantastic! All the sights....WOW.....totally speechless. The weather in Rome was surprisingly warm and sunny. And to think that it was winter? It actually felt like spring! We only ate either pasta or pizza, obviously it's their speciality....which was good by the way. The pizza crust was yummy for my tummy. Couldn't get enough of it.....which of course can make me fat fat FAT. hahah....I'm on holiday, so who cares! Will burn those holiday fats when I get back to Singapore. Shopping in Rome was not so much as things were a bit to the exp. But then again, not really (we just didn't have the budget to shop....which was obviously frustrating for me!)...oh well, back to sight-seeing. New year was great as well. Though we didn't leave the hotel (as it was a wee bit too far from town), the celebration at the hotel was grand as well. They had fireworks....which was beautiful. Unfortunately both Farid and I forgot to bring down our cameras. Sheesh...of all the times to forget to bring a camera :(


We had an early flight back to Dublin the next day (which was part of the reason why we didn't go out the night before). Felt sad to leave Rome but at the same time happy to go to Dublin. Weather was windy that afternoon in Dublin. But yesterday, it was surprisingly nice for a winter in Dublin. I dunno what's going on with the weather here. Kinda weird, I must say.

Well....that's the update for now. Going to M&S to shop how.hahah.....gonna be broke soon.
